Welcome to the website that reviews the
"Customer Loyalty Programs" for sub sandwich stores.
Most sub sandwich stores have "Stamp Cards" that get
stamped every time a customer purchases a sandwich. This website
shows you the details of the customer loyalty programs of
various stores so you can determine which sub sandwich store is the
best value.
UPDATE - June 1, 2004
Many visitors to this website have reported that the Subway
stores they have visited in the Pacific Northwest are now
accepting AND distributing the stamps
again. You have to ask for the stamps as they are still
promoting "The Subway
Points Card."
Here is what others are saying:

I visit subway 3-4 times weekly. I get a chicken salad or a grilled 6-inch chicken sub. It used to take me 8 visits to get a free sub, plus $1.30 for a soda. Now it takes me 18 visits to get a free sub. My subs cost $3.49 so I only get 3 points, but if it were $3.50, I would receive 4 points. Do you think this is fair? Please reply. Thanks

Spurtell1, it is really not about fairness, but loyalty. Subway can choose to have a customer loyalty program or not and choose what incentives they offer. Subway has chosen to modify their customer loyalty program in a way that is clearly inferior to their customer compared to their prior customer loyalty program. You can choose to drop your loyalty to Subway and start visiting your local Quiznos, Blimpie or other sandwich shop 3-4 times a week. Maybe they will get the message when their sales fall. All the letters we have written over the last year have not made a difference. |

Hi, I received a sub card in Idaho this summer. And it has quite a few points on it. The only problem is I live in North Carolina. When will I be able to us my sub card on the east coast? And if I can't, can I transfer the dollar value on that card into stamps?

SarSar480, now those are some good questions. We will forward your questions on to Subway Northwest, since they are in charge of this "test study" of the "The Subway
points Card." Once we get some answers, we will forward them on to you and also post them in the FAQ section on this website. |
